Sarah Brewster

Managing Director


As the Founder and Managing Director of Fresh Seed, Sarah’s career began in the creative industries in the late nineties, spanning agency work, video games, tech, and the arts. She founded Fresh Seed to create a non-judgemental HR approach that bridges the gap between businesses and employees but with a compassionate and human approach. She saw the need to translate the business demands for busy owners of SMEs and with that Fresh Seed was born. Sarah specialises in organisational psychology, organisational design & development, and well-being-focused leadership.

Alexandra White

Director of People & Culture Services


At Fresh Seed, Alexandra thrives on building trust-based client relationships, creating inclusive, human-first workplaces, and navigating complex employee relations. Her passion extends to spending time with her family, enjoying arts and crafts, and cherishing outdoor adventures.

Johannah Dyer

Systems Manager


Sarah affectionately calls Paul her very expensive reasonable adjustment, Paul oversees Fresh Seed’s internal operations, ensuring all systems and tools run smoothly. From IT infrastructure to podcast production, Paul’s meticulous attention to detail allows the team to focus on their core work.


Paul is avid gamer who spent over a year as a professional gamer.
